It's just that the program is very disorganized at this stage. I realize that it is a relatively new program and will eventually improve, but for now it is still in the developmental stages. The classes are not very organized with assignments being given without much direction. Some of the teachers do not know how to teach a group of students; while the information they give us is useful the manner in which it is taught is not necessarily the most conducive to learning. Perhaps it was unfair of me to say the director sucks, that is a personal viewpoint and not an objective one. So, you can ignore that comment. It really is the lack of organization of the program. It would be nice if everything were laid out in the beginning and not just sprung on you as you work your way through the program. It would also be nice if assignments and classes were more organized and gave more detail when assignments were given. Finally, the major problem that concerns me is the program's lack of placing students in jobs after they complete the program. I know plenty of people who have graduated from this program without a job offer. The college cannot help, because the only way to even remotely get a job is to apply through the job placement ads that are listed on the RDEV listserv. I don't think this program has as many connections with employers in this field as other programs may have. And I know that everyone in this program is taking the time and money to be able to work in the real estate development field when they graduate. It's just very disappointing when things don't pan out after all of that hard work and commitment. That's all that I meant by my comments. However, if you want a great general overview of the real estate development program, this may be the program for you.

Would you care to elaborate more on this comment?

I'm sure your constructive feedback would be of value to the program...
