Extending and possibly expanding the home buyer tax credit and incentives for small businesses are definitely important.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; There is definitely no quick fix to reviving the economy, it&#039;s going to take a time and a number of Government initiatives. Incentivizing foreign investment is just one of the things the Government can do which would have a major impact.</description>

		<description>I feel that the two important points in this piece (lowering the barrier of entry for foreign buyers of real estate and welcoming foreign entrepreneurs) are both valid points but this is not going to erase the 7.3M jobs that have been lost in the last two years. I think the focus needs to be on the current population by offering more incentives for small business owners and incentives on home buyers, first time or otherwise.</description>
