What Are You Thankful For?

Happy HolidaysOne of the many keys to blogging is to never force content. Don’t put up a less than perfect post because you feel obligated to post every other day. So, when I couldn’t think of  a good Christmas/New Years-related post, I figured I’d just post one of the many other normal posts I was working on. Yeah, that would be easy, but then I started thinking about it. I began to think about the importance of community, story telling, and engaging readers. I began to think of this blog as an extension of myself. Christmas is one of my favorite times of year, coming together with family, seeing old friends, and of course the Pig (my family decorates the pig according to a different theme each year). In fact, as soon as I hit publish, I’m off to South Philly to pick up this years pig. There are just online pharmacy without a prescription so many things to be thankful for:

What I’m Thankful For:
Amidst one of the greatest real estate downturns in history, with more pain sure to come, there are so many things to be thankful for. I’m thankful to live in a time where a 24 year old kid with almost no experience can start a blog, be active in social media, and begin to build a community around his passion. I’m thankful to be able to offer advice and connect with readers. I’m thankful to be able to be active in the community and engage with so many unique individuals. I’m thankful to be able to share my experiences with those looking to break into the real estate business. But most of all I’m thankful for my readers, those dedicated few that take the time to read, comment, and spread my posts. It’s because of you that I spend so much time working on this blog and it’s because of you that I’ll spend even more time in the future and that this blog will continue to grow and prosper. Thank you!

On a side note, I’ve received a lot of emails recently regarding the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Rather than answering the same questions over and over again, I’ve created a Frequently Asked Questions page. I’ll continually add to this page as I see fit.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday. What are you thankful for this holiday season?
