RV, thanks for your comment. I haven't had the chance to work through the entire book, but after reading the summary I'm excited to delve into it. It's interesting to read these books knowing that sustainability and green building practices are constantly evolving.

Value Beyond Cost Savings: How to Underwrite Sustainable Properties is a good read! I read it a couple of weeks ago. A lot of time was put into writing the book. It's findings & conclusions regarding the valuation and underwriting of sustainable properties come from 3 years of independent research!
