I receive a lot of questions about the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, in particularly about the curriculum. Prospective students and even current students are often confused about the order in which courses are required to be taken. In response, the administration has taken the time to write-up a guide about pre-requisites for tier, concentration, and elective courses. Here it is. In my experience, the administration is accommodating with allowing you to opt out of courses if you can show you’ve gotten similar training through your past work. Also included in the document below is a list of all the courses offered at the institute.
Let me know if you have any questions.

I hear that Schack is going to allow for double concentrations giving students the added education of doing a Finance Capstone and Development Capstone (in addition to the pre-reqs for these majors). That would put the master's in the 52-54 credit range. Can you confirm this for us?
Hey Ryan,
Thanks for your comment. I've heard the same thing from a number of
people. I can't confirm this, however I'll speak with the
administration and report back.
Thanks for reading.
