As any frequent reader of this blog knows, drugs online without prescription I’m a big fan of Robert Knakal and his Streetwise blog. He recently completed a 4-part series on the real estate bulls versus the bears.
There is no consensus within commercial real estate regarding the direction of things to come. There are those who are optimistic (The Bulls) who seem to be becoming more optimistic and there are those who are pessimistic (The Bears) who are becoming more pessimistic.
In his 4-part series, Mr. Knakal looks at various aspects of the economy and discusses what he’s hearing from both the bulls and the bears:
- Inflation
- Housing
- The FED’s Exit
- De-leveraging
- Unemployment
- Interest Rates
- GDP Growth
- Corporate Earnings
- Capital on the Sidelines
- Financing
- Cap Rates
- Supply and Demand
- The Recovery
I implore you to read each of the 4-part series. As far as the bulls versus the bears go, time will tell who is correct. Until then, all we can do is take things one day at a time and do the best we can.
What do you think?
