There has been a dramatic shift in the way people approach education. Abundant education is now easy to access and offers motivated individuals a chance to learn.
A while back I commended Josh Kahr for being an innovator in real estate education by posting his lectures and materials from his Real Estate Finance course at Columbia’s Masters in Real Estate Program on iTunes for free. In an effort to make the videos more easily accessible, he’s decided to upload the lectures to Vimeo and make them available on his website. Now, without having to download the videos, you can shoot over to his site and get clarification on that topic that’s confused you or simply brush up on your real estate finance.

This really is an incredible resource that Josh is providing to motivated individuals for FREE. If you’re just stating out in real estate or want a refresher I implore you to download the materials and follow along with his summer 2010 finance course.
Josh is a great professor who has the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms. Furthermore, Josh is an active investor and often supplements his lectures with actual deals that he’s involved with.
Josh is also an alumnus of NYU Schack, I hope the program can lure him back to impart some of his knowledge on current Schack students. Until then, enjoy the videos of his lectures.
Are there suggestions you have to help Josh teach students more effectively?
