New Yorkers have an obsession with real estate, which is best exemplified by the shear number of sites, blogs, newsletters, papers, and conferences covering every transaction, new fund, and speculative deal in the greater New York area.
There are so many good sites covering NYC commercial real estate, however a new site has recently become the first I check in my daily routine. The New York Observer has launched a weekly paper, and corresponding website, dubbed the Commercial Observer. The weekly editorial covers all major real estate happenings, interviews legendary developers such as Douglas Durst and Harry Macklowe, and includes pithy articles such as top real estate tweets from the last week. I suggest you add it to your daily routine.
