yeah i got that into my list of things im just worried i
missed something. i was wondering if theres any way i could show you a mock
hand out i have received asking how to value a commercial property. it has a
range of information but nothing that i can see that will allow me to work out
the value of it today, i have tried getting the cap rate, Gross rent multiplier
and all sorts but im just lost and wondering if you could space a few mins? Would
be amazingly grateful
