    Great Job Joe!
Thank you. I would suggest few for San Francisco, if that is ok?
    > Grosvenor, Legacy Partners, Webcor, Union Bank, Avalon Bay, Carmel partners, Ellis Partners, Rockwood Capital, Shorenstein Properties, TMG partners, KPMG, Bristol Group, the Mark Company, the Prado Group to mention few.
Feel free to contact me for full list.

How do you differ big companies vs. small ones? What I heard, small companies offer more flexibility and broader scope of work, which is great for experience VS. bigger companies you are assigned to one job position only, but you get more support and more training programs including better benefits possibly.
What is your though on this topic please?

thank you again for all your work,
glad to see more hardworking folks reaching the same goals!

I’m not too familiar with that network, but I’ll see what I can find and try to get back to you.

If anyone can shed some light on this question, feel free to step in…

Find the best person in your market or geographic and do everything humanly possible to work with that person. That is the right company. In real estate, it is about people first. Find a mentor.

Real estate truly is about people. This is even more evident working for a small entrepreneurial firm. But it’s not just about finding the smartest, most successful, or most well-connected person to partner with. It’s far more important to a stand-up guy who shares the same mindset and ambitions.
